The website
Fonts, artwork and scripts are served from this site. There are no analytics cookies or visitor accounts. The application counts page views and clicks on the installer, ZIP, setup, release notes and any approved purchase link. Counts measure visits and clicks, not unique people, installations or purchases.
Only daily event totals are saved, grouped in Europe/Amsterdam time, for up to 365 days. The application aggregates do not retain IP addresses, user-agent strings, referrers, query strings, identifiers or driving telemetry. Reports are private. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control opt out of collection, and obvious bots are excluded.
Serving an HTTP request still transiently processes your IP address and request headers. Application counter storage is separate from hosting and proxy logs. OWNER TO COMPLETE: verify the live hosting/proxy logging configuration and any retention before publication. The latest proxy check did not establish whether proxy access logs are absent.
The plugin and your laps
GranTurisBro reads game telemetry supplied by SimHub on your PC. Settings, references, learned braking offsets, journal records, logs and enabled captures are stored locally. Manual reference exports can contain driving data and notes; review the export before sharing it. No automatic upload of raw driving captures was found in the reviewed plugin code.
The optional replay capture receiver listens for forwarded UDP telemetry on your PC's loopback address (127.0.0.1, default port 33745). It receives local packets; it does not send captures to this website. SimHub's game connection and privacy behavior are separate.
Connections you choose
- The data pack update button fetches a configurable HTTPS manifest and a validated project release ZIP from GitHub. This is user-triggered. It sends a GranTurisBro/version user-agent; the destination receives ordinary connection metadata, including your IP address. The default manifest is on GitHub. A private release may be unavailable to a visitor.
- Windows speech and installed optional voice packs render or play on your PC. Installed pack playback requires no provider connection.
- The optional owner/developer ElevenLabs cache requires an explicit local key file and an installed pack specifying the voice settings. It can send the exact spoken text, including measured corner or braking values, plus the voice/model/settings to ElevenLabs, which returns audio for a local cache. It is a paid opt-in; no key is supplied with the plugin. See ElevenLabs' privacy policy.
- The separate owner voice generation tool sends its selected sentence texts and settings when paid generation is explicitly run; listing provider voices also contacts ElevenLabs. Offline reports and packaging do not.
- Opening help links, downloading files or choosing to share an export uses the browser or destination you select. Those services have their own privacy practices.
Your choices and questions
You can switch off capture and spoken feedback, use browser privacy opt-outs, and manage local records through the plugin's controls. Keep copies before removing local data. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy questions, use the operator contact above once the owner has supplied it. Applicable privacy rights remain unchanged.
